Sarah plays several musical instruments, sings, and loves to dance. She really flourished in her high school show choir and even attended Show Choir Camps of America where she was selected for the elite dance team. After high school Sarah became musical director for a local high school’s drama department for their large musical productions. She went on to join a Frederick-based a cappella chorus and later started her own contemporary a cappella group with her husband. Dance however, has by far had the greatest impact on her life and has been her favorite form of artistic expression. She has enjoyed many wonderful years with TTP, as her dancing career began here. The year that the studio opened was the year Jennifer took her very first dance class. The following year she joined Team and her involvement with dance and the studio has escalated ever since. This will be Jen’s third year teaching at To The Pointe Studio of Dance and she is excited to have the opportunity to continue sharing her passion for dance with her students!

Haley has been dancing since the age of four. Although her passion for dance grew gradually, she soon found herself at the dance studio for hours each day by the time she reached high school; teaching, taking classes, and competing. Although she is trained in many different dance techniques, she has always been most excited about tap dance. On top of her weekly classes, she has attended special workshops such as the Big Apple Tap Festival where she traveled to New York to learn from some of the nation’s best tap dancers. After graduating high school in 2014, she moved to southern Virginia to begin her Bachelors of Social Work degree at Radford University. She will be graduating in May of 2020 after completing her final classes with Liberty University Online. Haley is beyond excited to be back in the studio, and to spark the passion of dance in each little girl or boy that walks into her class. Haley currently resides in Frederick, where she lives with her fiancé, Jacob, and her son, Nicholas.
